My story

I'm Caroline, a married mother of two from Didsbury, Manchester. I previously worked in the NHS as a Specialist Nurse for 40 years. My work has always been about more than just physical health - it's about understanding, supporting and enabling well-being of people, from all ages and backgrounds.

Life can bring changes and different perspectives, and our bodies naturally evolve as life progresses. When it came to my own personal style,  I noticed I was starting to lean towards the classic 'black & white' – it was my comfort zone, a way to blend in rather than stand out. It's a common story, isn't it?

I've always been passionate about learning and growing. In 2022, I completed a Diploma in Coaching, which further helped me in understanding how to empower others to find their confidence and clarity. This was a natural extension of my nursing career, blending health and wellness.

My journey into colour analysis came from a realisation: as we navigate life's changes, how we present ourselves can deeply impact our confidence and self-esteem. I pursued an Advanced Diploma in Colour Analysis at the London College of Style and graduated with Distinction. This was more than just a professional achievement; it was a step towards a new way of helping to empower others.

In my colour consultations, I focus on discovering the hues that not only look good on you, but also resonate with your personality and lifestyle. It's about uncovering those special colours that enhance and harmonise with your natural features, giving you that extra boost of confidence.
